I'm neither a girl or a skinhead but I have just bought myself another Vespa, though it is the automatic varity a GTS250ie so will be hated by those stuck in the past.

Rode it back from Swindon today a very nice bit of kit that will munch motorway miles readily and cost peanuts to run. I agree it does look a bit girly but its performance makes up for that, so if you see a silver flash its me overtaking without the smoke (enviromentally friendly).

Oh yeah, i have joined the Troggs so it won't spoil the clubs image.

What happened to reducing your number of scoots tho?

I managed to find a relatively cheap second-hand 250, it make good economical sense when you consider the cost of a new one.
I will see how this one goes and watch for feedback on the 300cc when released, its a shame it will only be 30cc bigger at 278cc so may not be that much quicker.
I will now need to get rid of another scooter but undecided which will get the chop at the moment, my aim is to get down to two (honest).
